The University of Hawaii Broadband Office (UHBO) will open its application for the Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) Program on December 6. Hawaii has been allocated $149 million to connect all unserved and underserved broadband locations in the state with reliable and affordable broadband. All applicants must apply through the application portal on the UHBO website. The application deadline is January 31.
